Well done to: Chloe S, Harrison, Ewan, Chloe H, Harry and Alfie. You all completed your homework and what BRILLIANT scores!!! COME ON THE REST OF YOU!!!

I am really please with you guys who complete the homework regularly BUT next term I will be on the hunt with letters home for those who do not complete their homework. As you know we voted on this and sent letters out about access to the Internet. The only letters I received back gave the thumbs up to using the BLOG for homework.

There is a homework club on Monday after school which you can use.

HOMEWORK -half term

Hello everyone,

Here is your homework for the half term.

We will be starting a new topic about plants and animals so the homework is linked to this.

Education city game ‘Stepping Stones’ (in year 2 science activities) or follow this link - click here.

I would also like you to look around your garden or play park at the types of plants and animals. Draw a picture of at least three, then try to find out what they are called. You could use a book, Internet or someone at home. Please bring this back to school by Friday 22.2.08 (first Friday back).

Sorry to the few people who could not access the homework. Try this - go into education city the same way we do in ICT lessons and play the game 'Dancing Robot' (this is where the link goes)

I think we need to practise some subtraction sums.

Remember - for subtraction use a numberline (easy to make a nice one) and find the difference: see feedback from last weeks homework.
